KAWS × Wonderwall “Wonderwall” (Black), 2010 is a distinctive early KAWS collectible created through his collaboration with Masamichi Katayama and Wonderwall, the influential Japanese architecture and interior-design studio.
The figure has a highly unusual minimalist form compared with KAWS’s more familiar Companion characters. Its architectural silhouette consists of a block-like upper section resting on oversized rounded feet, with the surface covered in a raised brick-texture pattern. KAWS’s signature X-eyes provide the primary facial detail.
